The way we work...
The steps of each project varies according to its needs but thru experince we have an internal format which is followed to organize and see our projects thru completion.
Our design and sustainable consulting work is billed at an hourly rate.
Hourly work to consist of the following but not limited to:
Project Management and Administration of Interior Design and Decoration
All Product and services purchased thru our office will be billed at designer cost (also refered to as wholesale) plus Mangement Fee. All work not purchased thru our office will maintain an hourly billing for any time we spend on item or service.
No additional hourly fee will be billed once an item enters the Project Management Phase with our office. Our Management Fee covers but not limited to our time spent processing the order, tracking the order, organizing and tracking the shipping, scheduling of services and deliveries, invoicing reconcilation for client and vendors, internal project tracking and organization.
